A Walk-In Interview will be held in Malaysia and Philippines on the 3rd week of March.

The following are the urgent jobs requirements:
1. Feed Manager - 1
2. Boat Captain - 1; 50 m landing craft certification and licenses
3. Marine Engineer/Alternate Captain - 3
4. Marine Mechanical Engineer - 2; Required as part of the crew for the 50m landing craft; Needs to have the relevant certificates.
5. Marine Mechanic/Technician - 3; For maintenance of the onshore and offshore equipment, Boats and feed barges. (Engines, Gearboxes, Hydraulics, low voltage electrical systems, outboards); For onshore, pumps and plumbing
6. Boat Crew - 6; Standard Offshore staff member to operate on the Landing Craft; basic certificate for working on a 50m vessel; Able Seamen, ordinary Seamen, and oiler
7. Sea Cage Net Cleaner/Crew - 5; Standard offshore operative ideally with experience in an offshore environment and some mechanical aptitude
8. Offshore Sea Cage/Feed Technician - 4; Fish Farm experience required
9. Harvest Crew - 7; A harvest crew staff will have to be prepared to work at night in the summer and do other offshore jobs when not harvesting e.g. delivering feed, fish from the PGO, working offshore in other boats (basically a Boat Crew).
10. Mooring Technician - 2; for set-up of the mooring systems of the cages
11. Forklift Operator - 4; With forklift license
12. Boat Crane Operator - 1; With required licenses and certification
13. Diver - 4; Additional medical exam required; Advanced diving certificates required.
